At Agile we provide our customers with a fully functional support desk at http://support.agilelogisticsolutions.com. It will be necessary to register on the Support Desk and your registration request must meet certain criteria to be able to gain functionality such as adding requests, tracking the progress of tickets, and making changes or adding attachments. 

In the interim you can also use the form below to add a request until you are registered or alternativey email support@agilelogisticsolutions.com and our Support Desk will automatically bring it to our attention after adding it as a new ticket.

We also provide a Knowledge Base on the Support Desk to our customers for reference and self help; it is basic at this stage but will continue to expand as we add content.
